Never staying here again and advising everyone I know against it. From the second we walked in, we received the furthest from a warm welcome. The hotel is run by security guards and kitchen staff. The kitchen staff was horrible - we got in during early hours and they had just put breakfast out. We asked if we could take some fruit and pastries back to the room to feed the kids and the lady wouldn’t even look at us. She simply waved no at the security guard and spoke under her breath appalled at the request. As we were on our way out the following morning, we sat to grab a quick bite to eat and she called over the security guard to tell them they weren’t set up yet so we couldn’t sit down. The buffet was fully stocked, but chose to leave and dine elsewhere. Our keys stopped working so we had to ask a security guard to be let into our room every time we needed access. The water temperature wasn’t regulated. Toilets were clogged. The inciting on the cake was on our final day as were waiting for a driver to take us to the airport, we had multiple cancellations due to a marathon in the city which we had no clue about. Instead of offering to assist, the security guards asked to do a final walk through of the room, said they couldn’t help with transpiration due to the street closures, watched us struggle to find transportation while carrying 4 suitcases and 2 kids down the stairs without any help before closing the gates on us. Horrible experience.

We loved our stay at Dominion Polanco. The people are very nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious with living room and dining room.You can walk to many dining options around. There is a park and theater across the street. The area is very safe. Women walking their dogs at night and jogging alone. We would stay here again if we return to Ciudad de Mexico

They remodeled the Pool and installed a jacuzzi, but most importantly for Mexico City’s weather, the water is kept warm enough for kids to use the pool day or night. The gym was also remodeled recently and is very nice.

unfortunately, while we were leaving we were not allowed to simply check out, they locked the door and held my family and I for 10 minutes in the lobby as security and akwardly gazed at one another ( missing our airport Uber) until they checked our room for missing items. It was unnecessary and embarrassing as we are customers, not hostages 😞

We like staying at Dominion but it need a little care. Thing are getting old and need s replacing and a more friendly staff. The lady that makes the breakfast is extremely unfriendly and overall it needs a friendlier and more helpful staff.

Pool and exercise room was being worked on thus unable to use. Breakfast was limited and it was the same everyday. A little bit of variation would help. Additionally , we had booked for a whole week and had an emergency back home and left 3 days early. They were unwilling to refund us and told us to try thru Hotes.com and even when we did, they refused the refund.

Fantastic location in Polanco. Always felt safe with the excellent security guards. The apartment was clean and spacious. Only negative was the people staying in the apartment next to us had a loud party the first night we were there complete with live music that made our walls vibrate. Every other night it was very quiet, but I’m surprised they would allow someone to throw a party.
