I needed a hotel close to the airport. From the pictures and being the Radisson, I expected more. My non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes and had a burn mark in the chair. Whatever. Asked for a different room and they brought me to another. Jacuzzi was cracked significantly. Stayed in original room. Stand up shower leaks water to the main bathroom. Flooded outside everytime you shower. It just becomes uncomfortable. Staff are really pleasant and accommodating though so that's why I called it annoying. You expected something much better and it was not.

Our room was next to the hotel's heating system so it got very loud in the morning but the hotel staff let us switch our room without any problems. There are many good restaurants and cafes in the close area of the hotel. The hotel's restaurant also serves an amazing steak. All in all a pretty good hotel with very friendly staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the park inn. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and I met my room in superb condition. The hotel is located towards the peak of the city so you are greeted with fantastic views. Highly recommend this hotel!
