1-Exercise room should be open 24 hours, if I work all day and can only workout at night, can’t do it because you close it at 8pm 2- During morning or day time, I don’t have all machines available because you have a PTrainer doing classes and equipment is not available 3-Soccer Team is using hallway to chat in loud voice right at your door day and night 4- From Wednesday to Saturday we had warm water shower, not hot 6- No iron or ironing board in the rooms so, I had wear my wrinkled clothes right out of my luggage, ironing service is only available during business hours 7- There’s no tissue paper in the bathroom 8- The size of the water bottle is equal to one glass and does not justify the $8 reais price 9- The breakfast hours had for 2 days the hours of 6 to 10:30 am, and other days was until 10 am 10- The obligation to wear a bracelet to identify as a guest is dangerous because identify is as tourist once you are walking outside of the hotel. Disappointed with a Hotel that was fantastic and I did recommend to the US State Department as a good choice . This way, you make me rethink my opinion about doing business with you! Everything went good only at checked out yesterday I was given a last bill for all the water I drank and some 5 beers that I also drank , I figure each beer costed me around 20 dollars and the bottled water 5 dollars each bottled , very upsetting with this place

I have had the opportunity to stay at that place on multiple occasions and I must say that the staff there is exceptional.

Brilliant hotel and great location to access the beach, and a welcome rest bite after exploring the busy city centre by day.

This is a very nice hotel. We will definitely come back here again when visiting Rio. They take everything seriously (security, cleaning, etc). Very convenient to go to beach. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel. Good views from rooms and pool deck. Security was very tight. We had other people in our group that were staying near us that were not allowed to visit us on property which was a bit strange. The Recreio/Macumba área was very enjoyable however. Beach out front was very nice.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Beaches were amazing. Nearby surf lessons were great! Rooftop pool and bar was super fun.

Great service at the lobby and many amenities on the roof top with pool, pool-bar, gym and massage. The room itself was not up to pair.

- Prepare to be bombarded with rules - does not feel like a hotel, more like a prison - Made to wear wristbands for 'safety' - I am sure a gunman in Rio is going to worry about wristbands - Looks brand new outside - inside the furniture is rusting and dirty, especially bathroom - Very unhygienic - no mattress protectors - imagine all the bodily fluid you're lying on - No bedside cabinets - no chair on balcony - plenty of potential but too many issues to truly enjoy

We had 5 nights here. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, very white and really attentive, wonderful staff. The sound proofing however is shockingly bad. The first two nights we barely slept due to traffic noises from main road outside building. We asked to move, the hotel understood and moved us to a higher floor and on the buildings curve. This was Fri-Sun Eve and we could no longer hear the traffic, because it was drowned out by the beach club music. This was even louder and persisted from early afternoon through the night to early morning. So little to no sleep for 5 nights. Again, the staff were wonderful. Really polite, with good humour and very helpful, we cannot fault them. The food was also really nice, with plenty of choice. The pool is its crowning glory. Gorgeous views and great cocktails. Tip - get there for opening at 8am (fills up quickly).
