This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. Service was excellent as usual. The only issue we had during this stay was finding trash under the bed. Every else was clean. Breakfast was a little less than what we have gotten in the past (less variety) but still good.

The beds were made by now improperly. The mattress pads were just under the blanket in both beds. Also, paint was pealing from tub.

It was a lovely hotel and room was great! The only thing was that I wish the mattress was softer and pillows were fluffier to lay on

I love this place! Great staff, beautiful design and wildly clean. Worth a stay. Live music on weekends and a bar.

No hot water on 8th floor. Eggs were cold. Maybe because I was first at 630 and they had not heated up yet in the hot plate. Nice clean.

We liked having a full kitchen and separate living room. The lights in the bathroom were extremely bright. Too bad you couldn’t adjust it. Beds were comfortable. Always Hilton over Hyatt.

Front desk staff was so friendly and kind! They welcomed us with a smile and a gave my daughter a snack. I took my 4 year old daughter for her first mommy/daughter overnight hotel stay! She was so excited about the indoor pool! Our room was nice and had a small kitchen which actually came in handy. We had a full sized fridge too. Unfortunately there was a power outage for about an hour around dinner time but once it was resolved things were fine. My only complaint is that there were no smart TVs which was a bummer since we planned to watch movies in bed. I had a cable and adapter we needed delivered and streamed from my phone but it would have been a lot easier if the TVs were upgraded. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay! Great location too

Beautiful!!! Brand new, clean, and exceptional location. Front desk staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Less than 5 min to shopping and restaurants. Super nice breakfast in the morning! Will def stay again!! :)

Every time I come to Nashville I choose this hotel for the location and their great customer service, so I was a little surprised when I had a bad experience with one person on the front desk. I checked in on 07/19/2024 evening and the guy who helped me was awesome, very helpful. Later that night around 10 PM when I was ready to go to sleep one set of the pillows stank really bad, like rotten, I called the front desk a couple of time but nobody responded, so I went down and this lady, whose name I don’t remember, was in the front desk, and visible she was irritated, when I explained to her about the pillows, she never stop watching her cell phone, she had the worst attitude, I understand that we get tired, but she was visible more than tired. Besides this, my stay was great and the rest of the staff was amazing.
