A very nice hotel. Close to plenty of subway and train stations plus good shopping and eating streets. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely. Good good.

We had a very good 5 night stay in this modern and sttractive hotel. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Staff are polite and helpful. Bar area is a great place to sit. Breakfast wss very good. Avsilable until noon.at weekends. The only real downside is that the bedroom space is divided from the bathroom only by a transparent screen. Behind that the separate lavatory and shower share one sliding door, which closes off only one of them at a time. Open planning of this kind is pretty common now. But 1) it's not necssarily the csse that people want to be observed in the bathroom 2) it's dangerous to have atrsnsparent screen walling off a small space with nothing tp signal that it is there. Both my partner and I banged our heads quite hsrd on at least one occasion. If you are tempted to say we should be more careful, plesse don't

This hotel was literally PERFECT. I made sure to take advantage of the pool/spa area and the dining was great. I would for sure recommend the add-on for breakfast as there were literally options for everything and all of the food was great. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and there wasn't anything more that I could ask for. You're very close to the train station, shopping, bars and anything else that you could ask for. Overall this stay was like a 5-star property. I loved the heated floors in the bathroom and I would for sure stay again here.

It has been my second stay at the Sana and it was again a very nice experience. It would have been excellent if they would have managed to change the sheets after I asked about it. But I guess the information was lost on the way to the housekeeping. The seam sauna was under construction- but I like that they keep maintaining the hotel. I’ll come back for sure.

I had a wonderful stay with my colleagues in a spacious room with a big bathroom, which was perfect for our needs. The family room layout with two separate rooms and a connecting door was convenient, though we were limited to one king bed and twin beds. However, I was a bit disappointed with the sauna and swimming pool—they're quite small, making it difficult to swim. Overall, it was a nice stay, but those amenities could definitely use some improvement.

Hotel room very spacious – very clean and very well equipped. Good parking facility. We had a flat i.e. two bedrooms, two baths and kitchen / living room. Kitchen special very well equipped with everything we needed (Nespresso machine etc. ) and even a silent washing machine . Every things work really fine. Location super with U-bahn round the corner and a short walk to Tiergarten’s restaurants. So we had an excellent stay – and found all staff very service minded. Absolute full value for the money.

Breakfast was a little expensive at €25 per day but it was excellent. Whilst it’s very close to the gay area in Berlin the vibe wasn’t particularly gay friendly.

We always stay at the SANA while visiting Berlin. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is always a nice start to the day.

Some may find the mirrored and ‘concealed’ nature of the facilities a little annoying. The black out blind in our room was missing , so we were woken early by bright sunshine. The hotel staff moved us to another room the following day. This room had slight damage to the shower floor, the room desk top had a worn appearance, and the communal steam room was out of action during our stay. The power shower was excellent, as was the 24 hr gym. Generally a pleasant hotel to stay in.

This hotel was fantastic. We were very pleased to have been upgraded to a top floor suite on our arrival and appreciated the modern chic decor and multiple bathrooms. Excellent hotel.
