It is an older motel and is fine if you don't mind that fact. The breakfast was very basic. No eggs or meat.

The colonial inn was an awesome place to stay the room was clean and the people at the front desk were always nice.

No hot water!! No interest in fixing heater. We were not able to take showers!! Way overpriced for quality of room!

I feel badly to provide a bad evaluation, but it was obvious that there were repairs, easy ones, that should be done - for instance, all the base board heating covers were dismantled. The clock radio was broken; we had one towel set for the two of us, no soap, shampoo in the bathroom - generally there are small ones for customers to use on the outside chance they didn't bring their own. Just not up to par, really. I realize the price was low, but that shouldn't be in indication of attention to detail.

The front desk person was perfectly friendly but the hotel was a dump. We didn’t even bother checking in. And trust me… we are flexible and open minded people.
