Beautiful property. Front desk Staff amazing, exceptional 10/10. Hotel was far from tourist attractions and did not have a car . Taxis pretty expensive. You would want to rent a car when you are staying here.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. The place is beautifully designed. The staff is professional and friendly. The food is exquisite. Must try their dinner at the restaurant. Will definitely come back.

Set on the banks of Lake di Annone this superb hotel was just what we needed. Quiet, exclusive & with amazing service.
We had a signature suite, so we had a hot tub with a huge wrap around balcony. Our super king size bed overlooked the lake with double aspect windows, which was wonderful to wake up to.
The staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating.
We ate in the Michelin* restaurant in the hotel. We booked our room very last minute & so initially they said they couldn’t fit us in the restaurant for dinner, however eventually we were able to have dinner and it was a great experience. The restaurant manager, who is also the Sommelier gave excellent wine recommendations and fantastic service - thank you 😊
Welcoming & friendly also to our little 4 legged friend, they provided him a bed, some treats and food and water bowls, small fee to have him in the room.
We didn’t use them, but there were electric bikes available for use, a huge garden & lake access just across the small street. Lake Como was about 10 mins away, accessible by car.
Would definitely stay here again!

There try to upsell us everything by giving us a very bad view room and then saying for extra 150 we can give you this other room. While the hotel was empty but there didn’t even offer us any better room. Breakfast was a joke a piece of bread and a coffee and some leftover sweet from last night. I asked for Tea cups instead I was brought tea with 20 euro charge. While the staff are smiling and trying to welcome but you feel uncomfortable and every turn they try to upsell you something and and the checkout was like military school on the dot. I filled the hotel was more money orientated then guest.
