Second stay in 6 months in private one bed apartment. Affordable and convenient property.

Beds were like sleeping on a rock, other than that staff were great! Parkings abit annoying ( first in first served )

Staff were lovely, rooms were really nice with heater already on making the room warm straight away when you get in. Shared bathrooms weren’t as bad as I thought everyone was nice and good to chat too. Bathrooms were always cleaned daily. Place is easily walking into town and transport to clubs and bars, Less than 10 minutes. Was a lovely stay with what it was per night. :)

The place is great to stay as it near to the queenstown shopping centre. We stayed at the Villa and we are satisfied with the amenities of the place.

Pinewood was a good find in Queenstown. Nice size room, comfortable beds, super clean and less than 10 min walk to the CBD. The place is really quiet and has a beautiful view of the mountains. My only complaint is about the reception. The person who made my check-in and check out was amazing! Super kind and informative, but on my third night, I needed to renew my wifi password (changes every 3 days), so I went to the reception at 8pm and a rude staff told me they were already close and that I needed to come back in the next day ( supposed be 10pm). She gave me the password, because I insisted a little bit, but with a really angry face.

It was a terrible choice to stay there as the locks on the door were nonfunctional. We believed everything would be okay, but in the middle of the night, a stranger entered the room and quickly left upon seeing two people already inside. I felt completely unsafe. The next morning at 7 o'clock, there was a disturbance in the hallway as people were fighting and causing damage, waking us up ( but besides it was good stay very clean and staff was wonderful )

perfectly adequate place, bathroom/kitchen to guest ratio is far too low, and quite noisy. room was in need of renovation.
