Great location, everything you needed. The room was very warm/dry heat and the pillows were far to soft but apart from that it was a great place to stay

Hotel location is absolutely perfect. Nice breakfast, decent rooms. Little snack section in the lobby if you’re feeling peckish at night. Overall I’d stay again. Perhaps for me was the inconsistency with housekeeping… at no point my shower gel or hand wash was replaced despite the bottles being empty. For a “Hilton” that felt like a bit of let down.

I needed to check out due to a change in my work schedule shortly after noon and was charged a full day for that because it was after 12:00. I asked for 1/2 rate to be charged because that is what the website said would be charged and the property declined.
I didnt agree with this, but there was nothing that I could do about it.

Very good hotell, and very good located in the middle of Old Town Riga. Short way to everything.
The only discomfort i experienced was the bed. It was hard as a rock. I didnt get much sleep.
But the food in the hotell, the dinner is one of the best meals ive ever had. Highly recommend.
If you are going to sleep here, ask for a good bed. And everything will be perfect.

This was the perfect hotel for a stay in Riga. Close to all the attractions in old town and tons of dining options. The air conditioning and free laundry were also great!

The location of this hotel can’t be beat. Right behind the House of the Blackheads the Museum of the Occupation and Town Hall Square. Within a short walking distance to the Central Market, St Peter’s Church, many restaurants, souvenir shops and a mini market. The hotel also had parking so if you are driving it’s extremely convenient.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is fine, well located in the old-town, the rooms are clean and my room was spacey. I have to two things to mention - a) my room was on the 6th floor and the water pressure was superlow. b) EUR 25.- for a breakfast is definately too much in my opinion.

Room did not have windows to the outside, only to inner “atrium “ (= air shaft).
Restaurant staff was friendly, but strangely sloppy in the way they went about their work.
