Very romantic room with a very service minded host. The breakfast was delicious.

George was a great host he kindly provided a map with all the attractions we had to visit. Brilliant restaurant referral - best food
Cosmopolitan area within easy walk of centre or tram available.
Room fantastic but keep in mind steps up to access room are steep if you have mobility issues. A bar fridge would be a welcome addition however George provided iced water and no doubt would chill champagne/wine if needed

There management service was personal and outstanding. One thing that could be improved is the basic TV cable service was limited nd all in French.

It was brilliant! Highly recommend it. Our host George was lovely and really helpful in giving tips about the area. The room was gorgeous and in a great quiet location. Breakfast was delicious, with a different homemade cake each morning. The hot tub was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay in Bordeaux at this hotel. Georges was the perfect host and assisted us in any way he could. He served amazing breakfasts and gave us great recommendations.
