Stay was great! It would be awesome if the rooms had blackout curtains or fully shut so no light could get through.

The shower door were broken and the phone did not work . Reported it to front desk and maintenance never showed up . We called 3 times and never was fixed . Worried they were going to fall off completely and the glass broke .

They let us use the pool late and we got a refreshing sleep. Bacon for breakfast was great.

I had 2 rooms 1 room had a towel rolled up on back of toilet and it had black hair all over it.

This has been the worst in 20 years. Check in took 1 hr at the desk, they kept charging my card for incidentals and even thou it said approved on the cc terminal and my bank sent texts saying it was approved, the clerk said it wasn’t. I used 3 cards all approved but he kept saying it wasn’t. I got a room with 2 queens and a sofa for 3 of us traveling, clerk gave me a 1 king room and then said that I told him it was ok. Why don’t he look at the reservation and give me what I prepaid for. I was driving through moving from Iowa to Texas, wanted to check in at 2:30 AM as Wichita is half way point, he told me I was late because check in was 3.00 PM. I prepaid as requested by Hotels.com and finally walked to my room at 3:45 AM after 2 different rooms issued that were not what I paid for. Left at 8:00 AM This is the worst experience ever! I want my money back, I feel they robbed me

It was clean. Bed was comfy. My only complaint was the bathroom sink. The rod that let the water drain from the sink. I fixed it and it worked fine. It sort of tells me there is no communication between cleaning staff and management.

I stay at this hotel often and it has never let me down. The pool was closed for maintenance, but I was informed upon check-in. Everything in the room was perfect. Extremely clean, air quality great, Carpets were clean to the touch. Great customer service!

It was a fabulous night stay! We got the jetted tub king room and it was clean! The bed felt like we slept on a cloud! Very comfortable!! Thank you!

Booked last minute and ended up in a room by the elevator! Heard it often. Also the guest laundry was loud. Hot tub was not hot and couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Shower heads need cleaned, little pressure to them. Breakfast was great.

We stayed for 1 night. It was a great hotel! Super clean, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept on, and great breakfast.

The property to easy to get to and check in was easy. We called in early to verify the pool and hot tub were working and were extremely disappointed to learn that although the hot tub had water in it, it was in fact not working. Our room had what appeared to be mold in the bathroom and lots of poorly repaired water damage.
