What a cute clean retro property. The location is ideal! Beach just a short walk, bikes available to cruise around, the kitchenette makes it even better. Many walkable restaurants I would highly recommend.

Short stay, place was perfect. Close to lots of great food choices. Beach is amazing and Vero was great. Staff was attentive and grounds were immaculate. Would recommend and return.

This property is located on a cul-de-sac on one side of a swanky gulf course. On the other side of the street is a small park with seating. Walk through a small boardwalk and brush and there is the beach an ocean. We could hear the waves crashing down as we sat at the pool. The hotel itself is quite unique and fun. Well manicured shrubbery and plant life surrounds the property. The staff is polite and friendly. Rooms are deep cleaned between each rental. Each room has a small kitchenette and all rooms are different from one another. The beds aren’t the best, they aren’t the worst either. There is a fantastic pizza joint two blocks south. Fine dining and shopping is a five minute drive north. Everything is fairly casual. There is a farmer’s market every Saturday morning that has great produce and other food.

Very quiet property, relaxing. It felt like I was in an apartment, very confortable stay. The pool was nice.Lot of nature around the building.

Hidden Gem! One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. Fantastic staff. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Flet unique as I do not prefer "typical hotels". Very close walk to beach and couple nice restaurants.

The property is nice and pool area is great, it’s close to the beach and it has a cozy vibe. However we were charged a pet fee, we do not own, or even really like pets. Called a few days ago and they said they’d reverse the charge which has still not been reversed. I’m not going to spend time calling back and forth about $25, but still it’s ultimately disappointing since we otherwise enjoyed our stay but will likely not be back due to that.

We enjoyed our stay at South Beach Place. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating with our late arrival. This is a retro, eco-friendly, quaint hotel one street from the beach. The pool was wonderful and we even played shuffleboard. There were bicycles to use, as well. It is beautifully landscaped.

Property is older but kept nice. We surprised my husband for Father’s Day, he would always go to South Beach Place for family vacations as a kid. Rooms are all a cute theme and close to the beach.

The two great things about the hotel is the location and cleanliness. It's literally a stroll to the beach and great restaurants and pizza. Very lovely neighborhood. It's also spotless. The downside is no central air. Just a very noisy window unit that kept me awake all night. The bedroom and bathroom were tiny and the mattress was very saggy and lumpy. Overall, not very cozy. The pool area looked great though.
