The staff was excellent from cleaning all the way to the front desk. Everyone was very informative and punctual. It’s affordable and in the hub of everything. Definitely will be staying again

Good service of the hotel staff and great habdycap access in the room/bathroom, but no parking for people with disabillity, no access for wheelchair to the jacuzzi (roof), the telephone is out of service.

I really liked that the property had 24 hour service. Not that I was up all night, lol. But it was very reassuring that if I was in need of something in the middle of the night, someone would be there to help. The front desk was very kind and accommodating. I arrived very early to check in (I needed to get out of the humidity for a bit) and although I did have to wait a little while, they let me check in at least an hour prior. They even let me leave my luggage at the desk so I didn’t have to lug it around if I did leave the property. They do give you a check in ticket. That way no one else can claim your belongings later. I was able to get my “VIP drink” and they also let you borrow beach towels upon request. Just be sure to return it the same day. My room was always very clean upon returning from site seeing and they have drinks and sandwiches available in the lobby incase one comes back hungry or thirsty from all the site seeing. I really enjoyed my stay and I believe others will as well :-)

Friendly staff and close to many restaurants for a decent price, but the rooms were small and not well cared for. Pillows were wildly uncomfortable. Hot tub was not working.

The roof does not function as advertised. The bar is closed & the jacuzzi does not work. Other than that this was a good place to stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

the ceiling fell on my friend while she was in the bathroom and ruined all her stuff. there was metal, nails and drywall everywhere near and on her. she has severe asthma and the room was covered in black mold. she was not refunded for her stay and asked to speak to the manager multiple times but was ignored. the walls are peeling due to improper ventilation from nonfunctioning air conditioners and there’s mold everywhere, even in the front lobby. the toilet in my bathroom didn’t work and they offered me a plunger, nobody came to look at or fix it. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone because it’s a health risk, management was unresponsive and inconsiderate and they did not clean my room for 4 days straight after claiming they did.

The rooms themselves were ok, the staff is friendly which is always a plus. The area where the hotel is located is not what was expected, but not the worst and location was close enough to Old San juan and beaches.

Nice clean room, friendly staff, convenient area. The only issue we had was there wifi didnt work and service was bad in the room. Also the Tv had very few channels (mostly in spanish), and others didnt work as much. The room also didnt have many outlets for charging multiple devices, there was one by the desk, and one in the bathroom. Besides those issues it was a good stay!

The table was filthy and stained ad the shower was literallt a small square. To top it off the hotel went in and out of power most days and the loud generator was outside my window, thus preventing me from sleeping. Oh, there's more, but all ai want to do is forget that i actually stood there for the full 7 days!

Property is very old and dated but overall clean. The rooms need better linen and pillows. The rooftop would be nice if they updated it and had a bar and food. Overall this area is ideal as far as location but I would not stay here again unless they renovate.

This was an amazing stay we really enjoyed the staff, Gabriella at the front desk was so amazing giving us recommendations and someone from the area to chat to and ask questions everytime we saw her. She improved our stay there everytime we talked and made us feel so comfortable and supported. The location is superrrrr close walk to the beach and you can even walk to la placita. There’s also a super close Walgreens nearby that’s open 24hrs

Honestly, we did not get our towels changed, our trash was never picked up. The room had mold & nothing was cleaned during the hours for housekeeping. As it was a group of us we made the best out of it but this hotel should be rated 3/5 stars. The receptionist were the only nice employees there, housekeeping were rude and did not do their due diligence in the rooms. I was highly disappointed. The hot tub did not work.

I stayed there for 3 days and they did not change the sheets not one time, they didn’t even provide us new towels. We had to go downstairs to ask for towels which they provided me beach towels instead of actual bath towels. They only took out the trash one time… mind you I was there for 3 days. The cleaning staff was very rude and not welcoming at all. I would not recommend staying here at all!!! The air conditioning was also malfunctioning. Too overpriced for the mediocre service. The “hot tub” that was on the rooftop was not working at all.I would not recommend staying here nor would I ever go back.
