Even though the hotel is pretty new, it’s pretty beat up in some spots. It had a sewage smell covered up with air fresheners throughout. The air conditioning was disabled because it was winter (why would do that???!), but the room was way too hot for comfortable sleeping. It does have nice views, was clean, is quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was decent but overpriced at $20USD per person.

The hotel is in a nice leafy suburb about 30 minute drive from centre. Great rooftop restaurant. Hotel is clean and modern however has a major flaw. The toilet and shower are tiny and badly designed. The toilet cubicle is about the same size as that on a plane and shower cubicle is also very small, both open directly into the bedroom. Infact my wife slipped while trying to manoeuvre out of the shower and really badly bruised her arm and shoulder, it could have been much worse. We notified reception as we needed to go to the hospital and emailed the manager as i wanted to ensure they logged the accident. However, three days after the accident, when we were checking out, i asked to see the manager. Remarkbly, he told me that the accident hadn't been reported to him or logged. This is quite poor for a major hotel chain.

For sure it is an amazing and happy stay in a clean, tranquil hotel with friendly staff. It was so cozy to have our meal at the restaurant on 17th floor with bird eye views on the vicinity area and beautiful sunset. The room was spacious. Foods were not expensive.

Service at reception good for Val, but there was a guy who did not even speak good Spanish. Both jacuzzi and shower water were cold, the conditioner and towel holder were not working. The food at the restaurant took ages.

Good service and reasonable priced, nice views in the rooftop restaurant, decent room layout. If there is automatic doors like the Mandarin Oriental cross the street did, it will be perfect.

I stayed here on two occasions in a 2 week period and the person who checked me in both times was especially lovely. All of the staff were really great. It's a good hotel, but the staff really made the experience for me.

Amazing is an understatement. Everyone at the restaurant was extremely friendly and welcoming! And the cookies are addictive
