very nice setting above Heidelberg Town, easy walk to castle and old town restaurants etc. Just next to fascinating Carl Bosch Museum - well worth quick visit.

Lovely hotel. Room was spacious and well appointed. We had a double with extra seating area on the 4th floor with great view. AC was great with temps outside in the 80’s. Breakfast was delicious and the staff charming and attentive. Would live to stay there again.

The views are beautiful. There was a bad odor at the entrance to the rooms in the common area...I think it has to do with the fact they have the housekeeping area right at the entrace.

We love Heidelberg and this hotel has a view of the hills and Zieglehausen and it’s just delightful, we love this hotel and will try to always stay a couple nights while traveling through!

This is a charming hotel in a beautiful green area close to the Heidelberg Schloss, amid classic villas. The property is slightly dated, which fits the setting and adds to the charm. Old Heidelberg at its best.

A little bit outside the town in a lovely residential area and a short walk to the Castle. I would stay there again.

The hotel is quite good, family ambient. Just few remarks Breakfast so-so, no warm food (eggs, bacon). We found a better one downtown. Not true that parking is free. There are only few spots in the hotel, so I had to park outside, and it was difficult to find spot any ways. The access is difficult if u don't like to drive in mountains. Finally, I asked an extension of 1h on my checkout and I didn't get it. But generally good hotel, I would come back. Good room, beautiful views, supportive staff, fridge with refreshments! Good for families!

This is a quaint, German style hotel high up on the hill near the Heidelburg Castle (20 minute walk). Check in was very pleasant. The room was very, very quiet with all the amenities we needed. The drive up and down is a little tricky, but fun! There are 4 tight parking spots in the lot but there is parking a few feet away on the street and it's free!

Very quaint hilltop location within walking distance to town attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was superb.

Good location up on the hill, short walking distance to the castle and old town center (even the over 300 steps getting up the hill were enjoyable). Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel (separate building) itself is pretty tired and could do with an upgrade. A pick up shuttle service on demand from the train station would be very convenient even for an extra charge.

This is a very charming hotel! We got there a little early and they were able to let us into our room! This is a huge help after you have been traveling for over 10 hours! A very walkable distance to Heidelberg Castle and Old Town. The breakfast was also very delicious.
