The bathroom floor had tape on the tiles to hold them together. There was soap scum around the shower. The top bedspread had a spot on it and it smelled odd. I booked the room on hotels.com and requested a hotel that was pet friendly. I checked in and was never told about the $75 pet fee. I received an invoice from them where they charged my credit card for a pet fee without ever telling me about the fee. I would have booked at another hotel had I known that there was such a steep pet fee for one night I would suggest that they make their pet fee and polices transparent on all reservation sites.

Swimming pool water so dirty. And we found human feces on the floor right in front of the shower. We left after we found it and complained to front desk. They did clean the floor but they said they clean the swimming pool every day and they don’t have cameras at there they don’t know who did it. Anyway next day there was a pool party in the swimming pool. I don’t think they changed water. It’s so disgusting we definitely won’t choose this hotel anymore.

It's really a nice hotel. Room was clean and bed comfy. The pool was clean but could use an upgrade. Service was amazing and better than most hotels. Breakfast was delicious and definitely won my husband over because the eggs were made like cheese omelets instead of the basic scrambled.

Repeat customer and it is a nice facility with excellent value. 4 am the front desk was unattended and I left my keys in the room while trying to leave and front door was locked. Fortunately somebody in our room was up. Small point. Still top review in all respects.

Side and rear entrances with plenty of parking made it very easy to access our 1st floor room without going through the main entrance.
Facility and room a bit dated and need freshening. Otherwise a good choice in this area.

The staff were all so friendly and the room was incredible! The area was all very well lit and everyone I encountered was very friendly. The only thing I might take a half a point off for would be the bed was a bit harder than I liked. But if you like a firm bed, it would be five plus stars for you

We came into town to catch an Orioles game, but we didn’t want to stay in Baltimore. This hotel offered the perfect alternative at only about 45 minutes from the stadium. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and looked new and modern. Our room was very spacious and clean. We had little interaction with staff because we only stayed 1 night.
My only negative would be the ridiculously expensive food and drink prices for snacks! $4 for a mini bag of pretzels is insane! We were just looking for a late night snack for the kids… ended up going to the gas station up the road.
Overall for the price this hotel is a hidden gem!

The dest separating the sitting are from the beds was nice to sit around during our down time. The facility, however, is neglecting many mechanical problems. There was only one air unit in the large room, and the room was never able to reach a comfortable temperature. The hallways, elevator, and lobby were muggy and hot during our stay. Both ice machines in the lobby and 3rd floor were out of order. The elevator was clunky and making grinding sounds, many guests chose to use the stairs. Overall, a very clean hotel, but general matinence is being neglected.
