One of the best hotels I'll choose to stay at. The setup is nice. The price is fair. Pleasant staff. As always. Free breakfast is always a plus. Enjoyed the pool area. 😁😁😁💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
The beds were more firm then I expected. Please have an option of soft or firm for bedding. That would really help all locations. Plus, the snack area could be a little more cheaper with some products.

The size of our room
When we arrive we didn't receive a bottle of water like the past few years we've been coming the pool wasn't open when we arrive we couldn't sleep each night there were children running through the halls every night there were knocking on the door and running ww came there to relax it was a terrible weekend

La chambre était très propre, le lit très confortable et la literie de bonne qualité. Le réfrigérateur était plus grand que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon (oeufs brouillés, saucisses et grits).
Rien à signaler.

Location was great for our event.
The toilets were too low for my 88 year old mother.

Room had a musty smell and the counter was sticky and dirty in the room

Clean and the pool was nice.
I told them I paid through booking.com. They told me they needed a card on file and would only run $1 on the card. They instead charged me again for the whole stay. I did not have the extra money available so I was unable to have the full experience for my family because of lack of funds. They refused to do anything for me and explained I had to contact booking.com.

The breakfast was adequate, would have preferred an English muffin or bagel to a biscuit, but overall, it was fine.
Didn’t like that there was absolutely no paperwork in the room explaining anything about the area or the hotel itself.

too watery. One coffee pot coffee
was not hot. Bagel was dry.

Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly! Great find for a great price!
I can’t say anything I didn’t like, only thing I can think of was the smell in the bathroom had a hint of marijuana/cigarettes, but it didn’t really bother us.

We were exhausted from the drive and we were greeted with bottles of water and service and best of all comfortable beds awaited.
