The room was very dusty. The pool was not operational which was why we chose this hotel. We discovered dried blood stains on carpet the next morning in the daylight but staff didn't seem to be concerned. Big disappointment and we will never book it again.

Breakfast was adequate. I have had better in other hotels. The bed was comfortable with immaculate sheets and covers. The AC also was working well.

The property is shabby. It looks like it needs a renovation. The bedside lamp did not work. the floors and wall were worn. the shower door is a poor design having no handle. the night clerk was dressed very rough. The day clerk was presentable in a uniform which was good. The landscaping looked like it needed attention. Some very bare spots in places where a little shrubbery would be a big improvement.

Hotel was run down and dirty! Rugs are disgusting in the rooms! Hallways were dingy and gross! Room numbers falling off doors and dirty garbage outside rooms. Elevators were dirty and stainless steel needs to be cleaned.

The smell when you walked in was disgusting, the girl at the front desk was nice enough but didn't look professional, it was out dated and dirty. The breakfast was disgusting, went to Dennys next door instead.

The breakfast was not ready at 6:00AM. The Ice Machine did not work had to take a very dirty elevator up to 3 rd floor. Was afraid that it would break. The halls were so dirty. Carpets disgusted. Front desk person in the morning was scary. African American man with a hood over his head. Will never stay there again. I felt I totally overpaid for this night. Definitely not what I expected from this change. No coffee in lobby it was very scary overnight.

Lights were out in the room. Bathroom very tiny. Shower old and disgusting . Chair very uncomfortable. Refrigerator old. Microwave dirty and greasy.

Convenient for event held 2 mins away.

Room and corridors smelled really strongly of some kind of cleaning chemical. Smell lingered all night and the windows didn't open. Rooms and facilities were dated and unclean. Facility equipment left in room.

Easy to find, decent breakfast options (very normal for hotel stays), easy check in/checkout. Clean bed and facilities.

The location had three places around where we could eat. The cleaning staff was very accommodating.

They tried to charge my credit card for the room after I had paid for it through Booking. I gave them a credit card for incidentals. They kept trying to charge the room to that card. I didn't have enough money on it. My credit card company called me complaining.

The indoor pool was not open so I was very disappointed since that was the reason I booked that hotel. The only other thing was the sink clogged up and the water was slow to drain.

Hotel was in the midst of remodeling from a Sleep- in to a Wyndham. Room was not Wyndham quality at all. Tiny bathroom with a sliding door, shower with non-fiting glass door, toilet moved every time I sat on it! The beds were not quality but they were comfortable.The lobby was small and the Continental Breakfast was not worth getting up for, no fresh fruit, yogurt, or even water bottles or good coffee. No vending machine, and the room door had gaps on the side. Very disappointing! Needs a complete re-gutting don't stay here.

Rooms not that clean

I walked in and asked to view the room I booked. Upon entering the room smelled like mold and the carpet was dirty. It had an attached room which I would have loved if my kids and family traveled with me, but due to being alone and the amount of people smoking and hanging out at the entrance I immediately felt uncomfortable. I had asked to please switch rooms and was denied due to renovations. So I did not stay. The manager said he would cancel my reservation but booking would have to provide me with my refund. 6days later and the property manager will not reply to bookings email needed to receive my refund. I have called and spoke with 5 agents who have all sent emails with no answer. I am currently on hold with BOTH booking and the property manager. I continue to receive excuses from the manager and being placed on hold which then turns out to be a disconnected call.

The bathroom had a slide door that didn't work properly and it wasnt clean. The room had mold and the ceiling was cracking. Gave us 3 irons and none of them worked smh! Who brings you cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom? I don't work here! And the answer to it all was we are in the process of renovating! Well maybe you should have disclosed that before I booked this room! Very disgusted with this experience already grieving because we traveled here for my uncle's funeral!!

The bed was super comfy

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Stains on the walls and carpet. Also found random hairs in our shower from previous guest.
