The Eldan was clean, had friendly service, offered an amazing breakfast, is shabbat feiendly, and was located centrally to amazing places. We would be happy to stay there again.

We stayed at the eldan for 4 nights in June 2024. We are a family of 4 and didnt think to ask in advance to have conjoining rooms, but they put our rooms close on the same floor which was very nice. Sharon at checkin is fantastic. She gave us a parking spot under the hotel (free parking is sort of rare here!) the lot it tight and you may need a navigator to get you in and out, but free is free! The hotel is easy walking distance to yaffo gate to the old city. Breakfast was big and delicious, all fruits and veggies fresh, and the chef came out and checked on us at every meal. We also ate two Shabbat meals there which were both delicious and very convenient. There are fruits and water out all hours if you need a little snack too. Great hotel in a great location!

We stayed at the eldan for 4 nights in June 2024. We are a family of 4 and didnt think to ask in advance to have conjoining rooms, but they put our rooms close on the same floor which was very nice. Hotel is very well situated for all the sites.Very comfortable good sized room and bed. Plenty of wardrobe hanging and shelf space. There were 2 issues in the room when I arrived. These were very quickly resolved within half an hour. The staff were all helpful and pleasant.
Very nice tasty breakfast cereals, lots of salad and a selection of hot foods :eggs, vegetables and borekas. Juices and hot beverages. Very filling foods!

Terrible service with horrible attitude. Not helpful with anything. I was asked to pay extra for towels and bathroom mats even!! The room felt run down and the toilet smelled. Been calling the reception for days and nights and nothing was ever done. This hotel simply didn't care. Good job ruining the impression for this city.
