The wifi is almost useless. I asked multiple times, There are plenty of hotspots, but no r of them work. The bed is super hard and lumpy. We had to leave the water running for 10 minutes to get hot water. Almost couldn't take a shower. When we got ready in the morning, after walking around the room for a few minutes, my feet were almost black from walking on the floor. When I wiped them off with a wet towel, it turned the towel black. It was very noisy from a loud bar on the roof and another across the street. This was a horrible experience. We were supposed to be there 2 days, we left after just 1 day and found another hotel. Never again!!

Ir is not so bad, but it doesn’t quite match the price. It’s a bit noisy and they didn’t take credit cards, that sort of ruined it. No coffee in the room. Otherwise it’s ok.

Beautiful room with a view of the pyramid in Cholula, easy walking to Cholula zocalo and pyramid, restaurants, etc... The room did get a little warm without air conditioning and strong sun during the day.

The room and bathroom was very old, super noisy and the bathroom didn't have an outlet. The room was super cold that we weren't able to sleep. You have to pay for the breakfast and wasn't good at all. The hotel has a good location and the staff was friendly.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean. I was just very disappointed that they don’t take credit cards as a form of payment and as a tourist you only carry around a limited amount of cash.

Quick and easy check-in. Clean and cozy room. Really close to turistic attractions.

Though we arrived around 3:30 pm, about 30 minutes after check in began, he claimed there was only one room without a window available by the noisy lobby. He also claimed that they only accepted cash, even though neither Hotels.com nor the hotel indicated this. There was a lot of noise in the lobby restaurant and rooftop restaurant/club until 11 pm at night.

The employees like the people of the village were the kindest people we ever encountered. They were very helpful and always readily available for anything we needed. Enough cannot be said. We absolutely look forward to spending another vacation at this hotel.

We explored Cholula for 2 days and loved this spot close walk to everything quiet location would definitely stay again. Was a bargain.
