Very friendly, very welcoming and helpful staff, calling you by your name and taking care of any minimal detail. We had a family room for four people with 3 beds and very spacious. Kids loved it. Pool area was also perfect for the afternoon recovering time. We would stay again if back in Siem Reap and fully recommend.

The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The pool area is really nice and a great place to relax. The hotel has a great restaurant and we are glad that we tried out some of the delicious dishes they serve. The staff at Central Suite Residence are amazing. They all make you feel so welcome. From the moment you check in until you depart the hotel, everyone in the staff are doing all they can to make your stay perfect. The pool is a good size and perfect for cooling off after a hot day sight seeing. Restaurant food is delicious and reasonably priced. Easy to grab a tuk tuk and hotel staff will ensure you pay an acceptable price. We had a positively memorable stay and would definitely stay there again!

Outstanding staff! They are very helpful with everything. The room was spacious and clean. Great air-conditioning. We had Pub Street, restaurants, cafes, and markets nearby. I'd stay here again.

Overall, We are satisfied. The hotel is not large, but it was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The staff were all smiling and greeted us and were wonderful to deal with. Breakfast was a buffet of breads and salads, but we could also order nodles, sandwiches, fried rice, etc. We also used the restaurant once for dinner, which was inexpensive for a hotel and tasted great. The only thing was that it took a little while for the drinks to come out, but it was acceptable. The location was also great. The night market is within walking distance and there is a 24-hour convenience store nearby. We would stay at this hotel again next time.
