Great place to stay for a few nights while visiting. Cozy rooms and lovely staff! The parking is a hit or miss as the property is small. The beds are on the extra soft side so it may not suit everyone’s preference.

Very nice people who work there. The room is tidy and comfy. I recommend staying there but you need a car if you want to go to the beach or to the Funk Zone.

Clean, good location, small but very nice room. Extremely friendly personnel and great service. Limited parking as others have said, but they have a good plan with overflow parking next door, and there's a street just 50 feet away, so it really isn't a big deal in my opinion.

I loved the location of this property, its quaintness and easy remote check in. The only downsides were that there’s not a lot of parking on the property so you have to either park at the business next door (and move by 8am) or on the street behind the building. It was also a little dark in the 2nd floor hallway so hard to see the keypad. These are minor issues and I would stay here again.

The only downsides were that there’s not a lot of parking on the property so you have to either park at the business next door (and move by 8am) or on the street behind the building. Such a cute and adorable place. Our room was so clean and comfy! Loved having the little tea kettle came in so handy. Great location to walk to shopping right across the street. Definitely would stay here again.

Spotless and lovely room. Spacious with good quality toiletries, nice towels and linens, etc. Great place to stay, especially given it is one of the better priced places in the area. The only minor quirk was working out how to warm the room in a cold night but found a small heater in the closet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Note many of the places right in the middle of Santa Barbara have exorbitant additional taxes and fees, so when you compare places, be careful to look at the full price.
