Beautiful property, rooms and view. Parking was difficult, if you pay for indoor parking (not part of hotel fee) there’s no guaranteed an indoor spot and it’s difficult to find. We wondered if we were in the right location driving to the destination because of all the industrial surroundings as we were arriving, but the property itself is beautiful, clean, upscale and safe.

After staying at the Delta Thunder Bay I headed for the long drive to the Delta Sault Saint Marie. On my way I received a phone call that the hotel had a problem and had to cancel our reservation for that night with a “I’m Sorry”. I am beyond disappointed attempting to find a last minute hotel on the long weekend. They basically left me with no alternatives or support as I had to drive an hour past Sault Saint Marie to find a vacancy. I just wonder was my reservation cancelled due to overbooking or if they did have an issue and take out Expedia customers first. I just know that I got I’m sorry on Saturday of a long weekend and basically it was my problem. A very disappointed customer.

Hotel was fine. Was right at a train yard so heard trains during night even though on opposite side. Looks like area is getting a facelift so May be better in the future

Great location by the water. Walking distance from shops and food. Staff was wonderful.

Astounded that the picture in the advertising was not what we got. We’ve booked some more nights through Expedia and regret that we did. Also, parking was far away from the hotel. Nice grab bars in the washroom.

Beautiful on the water. Terrible parking for an 21' camper RV. I was told there were not laundry facilities, there were, right next to the front desk

It was all good , I had tell to change sheets And last day cleaning was bad there was not bath Matt, room was not vacuumed and room Tag on the floor water or wine glasses never washed even I left housekeeping tips
