This was a wonderful find. Remote and beautiful surroundings, and facilities of all sorts for everything you could need. We will definitely go back there.

Like staying at your parents house, but in the most unbelievable scenery ever! Very clean and tidy. The drive to it is beautiful. Extremely unique.

very well organized and run place, like a hotel with a few 'themed' rooms. Host is very pleasant person. you get assigned basket in the fridge. Soft towels, very clean place.

Lovely room , very clean and comfortable,well equipt kitchen .. beautiful views out to the fjord where we sat and watched shorebirds and porpoises.. very peaceful stay...

Very nice room, very comfortable bedding, and the host is so hospitable and friendly. Everything is very well organized, clean, and even slippers are provided so that guests leave their shoes at the door. The whole place is spotless and the kitchen is very well equipped.
Be aware that there is nothing in the area (other than a restaurant that serves lunch & dinner but NOT breakfast), so if you get stuck there with no food, you will go hungry. There are no food options for many kilometers.

Everything about this accommodation was Great! Friendly staff and excellent service! Very comfortable! One of the best parts with being able to wash my clothes after being a week on the road.

The home is perfectly situated with over a 180 degree view of the most gorgeous water and landscape. The owners were just grand, breakfast was lovely. We will definitely make that a must on our next trip back to Iceland.

Great view of the fjord, easy enough to find. A reasonable drive from Bjordobin (if you have a DD!) Whale watching can be found at the pier right below, if the restaurant hadn't closed for the season would have been absolutely perfect.
