There was a lot of construction going on so it was kind of hard to walk on the street in front but I think they were headed towards being finished and had laid down gravel a few days before we left which was nice. Really great location, next to the weekend farmer's market, close to an excellent bakery Breaking Bread, and pretty easy walk through town to get to the beach. Rooms could be updated and location of A/C splits could be changed so that hot air isn't blowing on the patio area as it made it hard to get the temperature comfortable for both rooms. and the main room wasn't cooled by the A/C in the bedroom -Made it hard to sit outside and at the only table. Bathrooms could be updated but beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, pool was nice and people working were very helpful, kind and friendly.

Ten North is a great location, quieter off the main strip but still very easily walkable to the bars and restaurants. Supermarket across the road is very convenient. Easily walkable to the beach with boards for a surf! Staff were lovely and so friendly. We would definitely recommend and stay here again if we come back!

The information about parking ahead of time would be much appreciated. The road construction came as a surprise. Otherwise, everything was good.

Overall, this property is very nice. The staff was great and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. My favorite part was getting greeted by a beautiful calico cat at the gate entrance. This hotel is right next to where the Saturday farmers market is located which was great.
There are only a handful of parking spots in the hotel and if none are available you have to park on the street which was very sketchy at night time. Also, there is a huge situation nearby with crows. They all gather by trees next to hotel in the evening and the noise they make can be very annoying, especially at 5am.

Our family loved our stay at Ten North. Such a great location and close to everything, and the staff were wonderful. The kitchenette was perfect for a few days stay and my kiddos loved going out to the pool first thing in the morning before walking to the beach. I would absolutely recommend!

Short walk to beautiful beach with low cost umbrella & chair daily rental. Great food in most restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Morning coffee free and good hot breakfast available at reasonable extra cost. All staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Nice stay. Very nice lady at reception. Only 2 things - shower was not very strong nor warm and not the hotels fault - but the street was under construction and it literally collapsed into a hole under the wheel of the car when we got out of the parking which damaged the car - enough we couldn’t get out without multiple men lifting the car back out. .
