Great rooms and good service. Only complaint is breakfast. It was not the best and seems many people has mentioned the same however hotel has not make any improvements

Hotel is quaint in a lush forest setting. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. Loved the club sandwich at dinner and great breakfast with fresh fruits and custom egg to order.

Absolutely great hotel. Totally secluded to the point you wonder where your driver is taking you. Its a super nice retreat. Staff is great, especially Ivan at the front desk. Totally on the ball with transportation help. Our only small quibble was noise from the room next door, but it didnt last long.

Super glad we stayed here in Iguzu. Room was very clean and modern. Staff very freindly and helpful. Poor area was wonderful and the restaurant was great. Highly Recommended.

Having taxi service at the hotel was fantastic. It made moving around very easy and reliable.

The property was off the beaten path so that taxi rides are required to go everywhere even for small convenience items because there is not a small shop in the hotel to buy them. It This can also make a bit expensive to get around. The pool area is fantastic and the dining area although quiet had a decent dinner and breakfast. The staff was polite and attentive and the taxi are on call or already outside. We had a great taxi driver named Juan that took us everywhere. Just be aware of the logistics of going places.Its very quiet there small bar no activity at the bar.

Ive been in contact with the hotel before arriving. The Price they had given me on transfer was 1/3 of what it was when we arrived. Service was slow during the stay. They missed a fair few things on the menu in the resturant. When we had to check out (wich Took 30 minutes for the receptionist) they did not have the slips of Bills from the resturant that was signed. Also i asked if it could be any faster and the receptionist told me: you should have gotten up earlier. I was chocked and honnestly never before have i tried that a check out with a Card on file could take 30 minutes and the receptionist could be so rude. Stay for the soroundibgs and the pool.

Love the feeling of being in the middle of a rainforest/jungle. Surroundings are magical. Staff go above and beyond to be sure you are taken care of. Will recommend to anyone visiting the area. I want to return to spend more time at this lodge.
