A one night stay, as we were just off a river cruise. I would highly recommend the Clark, you have a perfect location just beneath the Palace, the funicular is only steps from the hotel.
The staff are very friendly and very good English speakers. The rooms are very nice, I was just on the 1st floor and concerned I might hear street noise as I faced directly the bridge and roundabout, but it is so well soundproof that I never heard a single noise all night (and it was a Friday night!). Very large room for European standards, all amenities and linens are top of line. Beautiful rooftop restaurant that is amazing views and delicious food!
I highly recommend this hotel in Budapest, location, amenities and staff all are amazing! I can’t wait to come back.

Great hotel and location. Staff are amazing and go well above to accommodate customers wishes. The only downside for me was the Rooftop restaurant....its way overrated and over priced. Otherwise I totally recommend this hotel for your stay to Budapest.

An absolutely charming hotel at the Chain bridge. So close to everything we wanted to see on the Buda side of the Danube. A very nice bottle of wine arrived at our room just as we were unpacking as a result of being a silver member. Another complimentary bottle of wine with bottles of water and gourmet chocolates contributed to our 5 star stay. A little on the expensive side but well worth the splurge. A cute restaurant around the corner had yummy goulash soup for lunch.

I did not like the fact that it was at the junction of the bridge and was a busy entrance area.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Clark. It is a wonderful location which is walkable to the main attractions and Busa castle. I loved this hotel because it was very well designed, the rooms were very comfortable, and they have a wonderful rooftop lounge. I also loved my room which was upgraded to a terrific view of the castle and chain bridge. The staff was so friendly and very helpful and really had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They paid a lot of attention to detail and provided amazing amenities to make my stay comfortable, even the bedding felt luxurious and slept well!

Perfect stay at this hotel on a first-time trip to Budapest. The location, rooms and amenities are all top notch but what really puts it ahead of the competition is the fantastic staff. They make incredible service look effortless. Highly highly recommend!

Second time staying - the reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Disappointed with the roof terrace restaurant which I found was a bit overpriced for what you got,

The front desk clerk was so helpful and everything was just easy staying there. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend. If you can’t get into the roof top restaurant there are many dining options directly across the bridge. Also hotel is directly beside the walking biking path which we used several times in our short stay. Just stay here it is excellent!

Very weak AC, it was capped and would not cool any lower .No wash clothes in bathroom, no ice available without calling room service..,very dark rooms and very dark bathrooms and hallways were very very dark, shower put water all over the floor due to half glass wall. Additional taxes were collected when we checked out! Roof top took advantage of us and charged 3 different service fees to our bill we would not recommend the roof top at all other than the view….the view from the Clark was nice, thats about all!
