Great location. Walkable, great customer service by the front desk team. The breakfast buffet is very good, large and diverse. The food and beverage staff and especially the F & B manager were incredible. Was greeted with a complimentary afternoon tea for the family. Great base to explore the city and region. An few area that could use attention: Maintainance & disclosing fees The room had multiple defects. Faulty tea kettle (replaced), clogged sinks (temporarily fixed but recurring), and a non responsive cleaning crew (the guest had to ask multiple times for a room cleaning). Several outlets have no power in the room and the remaining outlets are severly worn so that most plugs fall out when placed in the recpetacle. The internet, hot water, and AC were lacking. Book a room away from the back alley, extremely loud noises were heard late into the night and fouls smells are present as well. Extra fee imposed at check in which was not disclosed. Additional ones were attempted at check out. Overall good stay

I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. The gate is impressive and luxurious. The rooms are spacious, but the toilet bowl is square, which is probably due to cultural differences.

Rooms functional but on the smallish side (family room). Breakfast menu and quality is standard and a bit rushed as it closes early (9:30 am). Restaurants in the area are mostly Japanese and Korean cuisine. Location is good and within walking distance of places of interest, including nightlife which is quite vibrant.

The property is centrally located and convenient to access restaurants and sites, staff is friendly and helpfull, the breakfast buffet offers a good selection catering for all tastes, the swimming pool is small with very limited lounge space, the rooms are basic, windows facing walls opposite

The common areas were fine. However, the rooms were just depressing. It was very hot in the room. The toilet seat was broken and the beds were rock hard. You get what you pay for here.

We stayed with 2 kids and 2 adults. The room design/size was perfect. central location to walk around town and explore HCM. I loved the greenery. Breakfast buffet was also good for kids and the pool (while small) was well maintained and safe on the 12th floor.
