Trip was pretty meh. Rooms were tired and weary looking. Need some love.
Tried to move my breakfast to room service - not possible. VERY disappointing! Was told that I would need to re-book another breakfast if I wanted this even though had paid for one and happy to pay the tray charge.
Food was okay but niçoise salad was the strangest I'd ever had. Tuna was raw. All elements of salad were not mixed. Just a bit bizarre.
Breakfast - waiters did not look after tables. I went to get a top of breakfast, and in the meantime my table was given away to someone else, despite having a half glass of OJ on the table.
Plus points was that I managed to get a late check out at no extra cost, and staff were generally friendly.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff's service is excellent. However, it seems there are construction works inside the hotel, which caused some noise. I requested a room change at the reception, and my request was promptly accommodated. Overall, it's a lovely hotel, and I recommend it.

I liked the staff who were very friendly and helpful. What i didn't like was that not many restaurants are there around the location. Its remote and a but isolated.

Food menu is always disappointing- vegetarian options are salad and that’s it. Oh and chicken, according to the chef. Rooms are good - but there is way too much single use plastic across the hotel. Hotel taxi is ridiculously expensive when you can easily get a taxi elsewhere. Gym is OK.

An old hotel. Plumbing is in need of a refurb.
The staff will answer yes to any request, but don’t expect it to mean yes. We asked for a meeting room, we’re told yes but no one actually did anything about it. Not too much of an issue as the space could be found independently.

Average hotel near the Diplomatic Quarter. Bad coffee. 1000 riyals was held on our credit card, over one month later, we still have not had that reimbursed.
