The hotel was verynice top to botom and they were having contuction going on but we didnt here it and they letus know prior to coming with a messege fro. The hotel. It was very pesceful and relaxing

We got off to a rocky start when our hotels.com reservation could not be found in the Radisson system! It took about 1/2 an hour to get it organized, but the staff were very friendly and apologetic throughout the process. The bonus was when we finally got to our room we had been upgraded to a King bed without prior notice. The room was quiet, very basic, but clean. The bathroom was bright with a good shower. All-in-all considering the convenient location, this Radisson was a good choice for us, reasonably priced, with very courteous, friendly staff. We would stay there again.

Radisson hotels in Brazil are always outstanding. Good rooms, good breakfast. Its always pleasant to stay here.

We stayed several times at the Radisson, we had good and bad experiences. This was certainly the worst stay.
Disorganization, prioritization of attendance of a delegation, blocking access by elevators to our floor. Really far short of expected.
