The property is on the third floor of a historic palace. Location was very central and we were able to easily walk to restaurants. We didn't shop in Naples or use the metro which was nearby. We also did not have breakfast at the hotel although it was included. Our stay was short, only two nights. The only odd thing was there is a 20c charge to use the lift to the hotel from 8am-5pm each day. The hotel does have a bowl of coins for guests to use, but we found on the first morning that the bowl was empty. Had to use our own money. Not a big thing, but a bit annoying.

Amazing experience start to finish! We just needed to stay one night in between legs of our trip and I am so happy we found this hotel. Rooms are beautiful and immaculate, reception was great—Marco helped us with everything!

We had a short but sweet stay in this lovely hotel. Amazing decor and comfortable bed, great location for exploring Naples and its culinary delights. Continental breakfast was great with fresh coffee and options for fresh scrambled eggs. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful!

Rinuccini Relais Offers amazing location inside Old Town Naples. We had an amazing stay and the staff were very helpful with everything from dinner reservations and accommodation needs.

The hotel was wonderful once you are Inside. The difficulty was finding the place. It is not well marked and behind a big wooden door. However inside the rooms are immaculate And modern. The breakfast was delicious. The hostess was wonderful

The staff was amiable and the breakfast was very good. Fresh orange juice is the best. Location-wise, the metro is very close and you can walk to the cable car. It was a very good base for sightseeing. On our last day, they kept our luggage after we checked out and were very accommodating. However, the elevator is tiny and requires a 20-cent coin to use. I would recommend having a few 20-cent coins on hand when staying there.

Amazing place by Port Alba with a nice balcony overlooking the plaza. Close to all touristic spots. The room was spotless and the host, Marco, was excellent. The place is highly recommended, I’d definitely go back

The room and amenities were very nice, including a very comfortable bed and modern shower. The room had a fantastic view of the Piazza from the balcony. It is centrally located so it was easy to walk around the area and find restaurants, bars (the library bar around the corner was the coolest), a grocery store, and shopping at the outdoor market. Marco was super helpful with check-in, providing nearby recommendations, and even arranging a 4:30am taxi to the airport for me. Finding the entrance was a bit confusing, so he met me downstairs and helped with the lift, which helped incredibly with all of the luggage. Overall, a great stay and would recommend easily to anyone else visiting Naples.

Highly recommended. The location is perfect for exploring Naples on foot. The room was spacious, the balcony offered amazing views and starting each morning with breakfast on the balcony was the perfect way to start the day.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Rinuccini. The main entrance does not look like an entrance to a hotel and the elevator looks a little bit scary but these things just make the hotel more interesting. The staff were friendly and helpful and we got quick answers to our e-mail enquiries also before travelling.The view from our room to Piazza Dante was amazing. The cleaning was perfect and we slept almost better than at home thanks to really comfortable beds. The room was quiet, no noise from the piazza reached our room.The breakfast was adequate with boiled eggs, ham, cheese, bread, pastries, fruit, juice and coffee. Our holiday was most succesfull and a big thank for the success belongs also to hotel Rinuccini.
