We enjoyed our visit to this location bring close to our family. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast! Sad the pool was closed though.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed. We had a delicious breakfast each morning included with our stay.
Only bummer was that the pool was closed and it was 100 degrees out. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time so that we could have stayed elsewhere

First stay here and it was good this location is close to everything I wanted to do. I enjoyed the stay and will stay again.

Everything was great during our stay. Great room, a small kitchen area with all the things that you need to cook your own meal. Breakfast was amazing, the best that I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

The Hotel room was excellent. Everythibg was perfect from the straight clean sheets to the bathroom, towels, kitchen amenities, quietness of the room and the very welcoming staff.
This is by far one of my best hotels and I will look forward to returning

Room was clean but WiFi didn’t work. The first evening we were the the elevator broke down. My mother had recently had foot surgery and didn’t need to be walking the stairs but she had no choice.

The property and my room was clean and kept. I still cleaned everything just because I’m a germaphobe. The staff were nice and friendly as well.

Overall, the property was very nice. Very clean, both in the commons areas and the room itself. The only thing we had an issue with was requesting a 2nd office chair for our room. My wife and I both work from home, so we took our work with us, but unfortunately one of us (me) had to use an ottoman for a desk chair. Not the most comfortable, but also not the biggest issue I've had while staying at a hotel.

Accommodations were very nice. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel was nicely decorated and modern. Breakfast was included and was mediocre at best. But then again, I wasn't there for the breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was what you expected. Nothing special. One thing to note is that over the weekend there isn't a lot of house cleaning services available. We asked for the room to be serviced but was told that because of limited staff, the room may or may not be serviced. Guess what the room was not serviced.

I had a few issues checking in and getting situated. One room the dishwasher was beeping than I got another room and it was food from a party the fridge and hairs in the shower.
I slept on top of the covers.
If everything had just been cleaner it would’ve been great plus top golf is near and around the hotel there were good food options.

Pros: convenient, quiet, comfortable, clean. Basketball court!
Cons: loose toilet, noisy a/c, breakfast.

My family and I are well traveled and the lack of customer service , hospitality was concerning. Our room was less than thoroughly cleaned and missing items that should have been available in our rooms and or at the front desk? My teenagers had a few unexpected encounters with the staff which was upsetting . Complementary breakfast and cocktail hour was good idea but was underwhelming and needs to be revamped. The one woman that worked in the morning at front desk was nice and explained the rewards program to my husband . Wish you nothing but the best may your company grow stronger and strive for greatness! Thank you kindly
