Beautiful place to stay .

First impression was luxury, beautiful beach, swimming pool, fancy club and location.The breakfast is good, nothing special yet enjoyable. What we love most about breakfast time was the cordiality of the staffs, they are magnificent and quite attentive. Whole hotel staffs are deserve a pat in the back. And nothing beat it's location, beautiful surfing beach right behind it, Atlas and Fin club just a walking distance. Sunset is beautiful, Lv8 is located on the right spot to enjoy the sunset simply just by lounging on the side of the pool, or while swimming on it's infinity pool hence our favourite spot. The vibrant or soothing music always accompany every guest when they spend their time here. The beach always lively and busy with activities provided by the hotel such as beach volley, beach tennis, soccer, etc. Surfing school also available just next door, never a boring day in the beach. Yet as we spend more time here started to see the flaws.The Hotel is tired, really need some work to be done. Fine example which most Lv8 guests aggree on is the toilet, hard to flush that I have to do some handy work to the toilet pan mechanism. The shower head leaking out, crack tiles, including loose tile in the pool which I thought quite dangerous. It is far from Bali center of crowd, traffic was horrible, will take at least 1 hour to get to Kuta or Seminyak.Always prepare extra time if you are planning to go to airport. All in all we enjoyed our experience but won't rush back.Thanks.

Super view for ocean view rooms. They forgot to change our bath towers and the room has mosquitoes. They were nice to give a dinner voucher.

This hotel was very nice, exactly as pictured. The location was great, a quick walk along the beach to the beach clubs, Finn and Atlas. The beach club and restaurant at the hotel, Vue, was also great. The hotel was right on the beach and had beautiful views of the sunset. The staff were very polite and helpful. They were able to arrange transportation for us to and from the airport. We had a great time here.

Great resort, shame about the food quality. Breakfast was average at best with delays, quality. We had lunch as well but no better, we had to leave the resort for our meals.

We had a pool room but no outside cushions or sun loungers so we were unable to use. We asked multiple times and they said they didn’t have enough for all the rooms with pools. Felt that we paid for something we were unable to use. The main pool and restaurant service was great.

The hotel is nice inside, but clearly needs some work on the outside. Really looks like it is falling down in places. The pool is lovely, my kids 8 and 10 loved it. Restaurant was ok but very pricey.

Supper location and clean / nice Pool are.. workers not to good with English but it’s like that every where in Bali. Rooms are BIG and clean even the desing is old

Second time he stayed here. Pool is just awesome. Got of the way from the hustle of busy streets but you do have to get transport to most places as a bit of a walk. Unless you take the beach. Then easy. Would come back again

room two bedroom was lovely, outside to our room pool area and furniture was run down, the combined pool and lounge / club area were lovely. service however was beyond slow with our order lost once. breakfast was terrible. Poor selection, poorly cooked. No milk on buffet and when requested not given fresh until numerous requests for same, no low fat option. couldn’t put food on the room and when we eventually did they forgot to give it to reception at checkout and we ended up having a guy in whatsapp me threaten me that he had my phone number and face on his phone and knew who i was even after I said I was paying via credit card on the same day as checkout and within minutes of him messaging me reminding me of invoice. Front desk service ordinary- check in slow and poor to assist with things like transport vehicles, ideas of what to do or see .

The staff is excellent. The resort is run downed. Even the spa has calcium deposits on faucets, and cabinets are rotting. Pillows are musty smelling, electronic fixtures are loose or do not work, curtains are dirty. I am sure the pandemic has set keeping up back but it is not a 5 star resort which is what we expected. The staff's friendliness made up for many of the problems.

Very poor quality hotel. Tired, dirty, broken and 2 stars at best. Service ok and location good for surfing. But health hazard overall….we all got sick from the food and my son cut his foot in the pool. Not family friendly resort. Do not stay until they have refurbed and reviewed their hygiene

Loved staying at the lv8, the staff made it a great experience they’re all very friendly and helpful. I’d for sure stay here again. My room was really nice the bathroom was huge, bed was super cozy, and my pool in the room was cleaned a few times throughout my stay which was really nice. The resort is also amazing, great views and good food. I was really taken care of over here :) the staff is amazing.
