We stayed for 3 nights in adjoining apartments because we had our 2 teenage daughters with us. Absolutely loved our stay, brilliant from check in to check out. Everything was wonderful and would definitely stay again. Great location, facilities and staff were so helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was delicious, but it was a bit disappointing that the menu was almost the same every day. However, there were a few issues: - Even though we paid extra for a reservation for three people, including our son, only two sets of towels were provided. Even when we requested more, only two sets were left again the next day, and we had to call every day to request an extra set, which was inconvenient. At other hotels, the number of towels was adjusted to match the number of guests after the first day, so this was disappointing. - We reserved the hotel’s shuttle service, but the car smelled of tobacco, which was very unpleasant. If you are sensitive to cigarette smells, it’s probably best to make a request in advance. - The pool water was cloudy and didn’t seem very clean, so families with children should be cautious! ---

Bel Marina was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The staff were friendly and personable. The room was spacious and well appointed. Everything you need was within arms reach. Some real food gems are all within walking distance. Fantastic place to stay we will return

Stayed here w/ my family of 5. We got 2 rooms that were connecting on the 1st floor. It was perfect. The pool was great for adults and kids. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice and quiet area in Hoi An. The only con was the walls are thin and you can hear everything. But we would stay there again.

Wonderful property. Location is only a few minutes from the markets and ancient town. The hotel has absolutely everything you need. It is a very special hotel
