This is such a beautiful location inside and out! The provided bikes were fun to use, the hammock in the shared picnic grill area could’ve rocked me to sleep, having 2 toilets was a plus, each unit has its own parking, loved that there was a kitchen area with fridge, microwave, sink, cutlery, plates/cups, and all other necessary kitchen supplies, they have more than enough toiletries and shower supplies, the location is optimal for walking, it’s about a 15 min walk from The Village where there’s shops, gas, food spots, etc. To top it all, the hosts are VERY responsive and accommodating when able! Would stay here again!

Our stay at Noble&Proper was amazing, loved the design so much thought went into these places, The shower was amazing, comfy beds and just a really amazing place. We will definitely be staying here when we come up to Big Bear. You all need to book this place❤️ We stayed in “Otto” and look forward to coming back soon

Noble and Proper is an AMAZING place to stay!!! Look no further. Stayed in Joseph’s Hut July 20-21 and upon entering the chalet our senses are equally and pleasantly overwhelmed. As we entered we found it nice and cool with the a/c already on, there was a wonderful scent of musk that we all enjoyed, and the decor was beautiful and different than any other place we’ve stayed at. Beds were comfortable, full bath downstairs and a half bath between the two bedrooms upstairs. Great ambiance inside and out. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Great property. Cleanliness and overall quality was on point. Loved the decor! The only downfall was that the blinds didn’t fully cover the window so the sunshine peeked through the sides in the morning. Otherwise, excellent overall! Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful! I only stayed for one night but would have loved to stay for an additional one. Very romantic and soothing. They had a lovely song playing upon arrival that really set the tone and vibe for the rest of the stay. The bathroom's were gorgeous and clean, sheets fluffy and warm without being overly hot. We stayed at ottos chalet and loved the forest green walls with gold, black and white accents. The fireplace was on a timer so we didn't have to worry about putting it out and making a mess ourselves. The T.V. was very clear with great sound, and the wifi and A.C. worked very well. 10/10

Lots of pillows and extra blanket which is a nice touch. Lacking shelving in the bathrooms for getting ready, but it's not a home, it's a hotel. No condiments for coffee which would be a welcome addition and customary in other hotels (sugar and powdered creme). Overall, I'd still rate this a 10. I would plan a trip just to stay here and would absolutely recommend to anybody. The only real drawback was the overcommunication from the hotel, so many messages from them, many with an emphasis on check out- including an 11pm text about check out, followed up by a 7am email about check out. Guys, I get it, i have to leave, please let me enjoy my stay while I'm here, lol. Still, it was a great stay. Lovely and unique place.

We came here for a last minute mini vacation for the weekend and were very impressed with Fran’s flat. It was very clean and well kept, the furnishings and decor were so cute and the village was less than 5 minutes away. The area was calm and serene, and the outside area with the bikes, hammock and horse shoe game was an added bonus. The weekend spent there was everything we could have asked for.

The property was ok. It's a very dark place with dim lighting and very dark decor. The shower was downstaris and all bedrooms were upstairs which doesn't make sense at all. The heater made horrible noise at night. One room was super hot and another room was cold while downstairs was super cold. Kitchen table was small and not very comfortable for the family of 2 adults and 2 small kids. It was clean but not comfortable.

Beautiful boutique hotel that was an amazing, aesthetically pleasing property. Easy check in and out process and the owners were quick and receptive! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
