The minute you enter the hotel the lovely fragrance is a prelude to things to come. The staff is friendly, kind , helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The restaurant had an extensive buffet or an al a crate menu. Either choice was extremely satisfying. The popl and gym were amazing. The gym clean and well equipped. The pool was the perfect temperature ( a little cool at first) but a delightful escape from the hot weather. If you have the opportunity, please stay at the Westin… you will be so happy did .

Excellent service. Well maintained rooms. It was a relaxing and refreshing experience. Drivers are friendly and courteous. Totally enjoyed the whole 5 days stay. Will visit there soon and after. Thank you!

This is a nice hotel and what you would expect from the brand. You get a luxury experience at a very good price. When I checked into this hotel, I had a problem with the cleanliness of my bathroom. But the hotel rectified it straight away and several members of management apologized. I also paid for half-board at the hotel, which included breakfast and dinner. The buffets for each meal were quite expansive and catered to multicultural tastes. Wherever in the world you are traveling from, you will find suitable food. I enjoyed the Indian dishes but the buffet offered other cuisines as well. The hotel is far from the city center, so you will need a taxi or an Uber to get into the heart of the city. And Kolkata traffic is atrocious, especially during the late afternoon and early evening. You should factor that into your plans. Overall, very good value for the price.

Property was absolutely top notch. Special mention for Pranab Banerjee - Junior Sous Chef for taking care of my dietary like at home and Ashma at the reception whilst checking out. Appreciate all the help and support during the stay. I will be back soon.
