The property is located in a nice locality that is the only highlight. Our bags arrived only after a follow up. The rooms are dated and we had to call the maintenance twice. Booking this so-called "5-star" hotel for my parents was the biggest mistake I've ever made. What was supposed to be a relaxing and luxurious stay turned into a complete disaster. $1,000 in cash (78,000 rupees) was stolen right from their room! Yes, you heard that correctly—STOLEN! From a LOCKED hotel room in what’s supposed to be a top-tier establishment!
When we reported this horrifying theft to the hotel staff, their reaction was nothing short of disgusting. Not only were they completely indifferent, but they also treated my parents like liars, as if they were the ones at fault. No urgency, no compassion, just cold, dismissive attitudes. They couldn’t care less that a massive amount of money was taken on their watch.
The so-called "management" didn’t even pretend to take the matter seriously. No investigation, no security review, nothing! They brushed it off as if it was just a minor inconvenience. My parents were left stranded, shocked, and utterly devastated. How can a place with this level of negligence and lack of basic security even be allowed to operate?
This hotel is a complete and utter joke—a disgrace to the hospitality industry. They couldn’t care less about their guests’ safety or well-being. If you value your belongings, your safety, and your sanity, do yourself a huge favor and NEVER, EVER stay here. This place doesn’t deserve a single star, let alone five.

The stay was comfortable and the room was good. I wanted to extend my stay by one additional day and neither the reception nor the Duty Manager could help me. It was quite odd as every other similar hotel would have simply added the additional day and closed it.
I finally got it done through an online aggregator and my stay was seamlessly extended in the same room. Left me wondering what the issue was in the first place.
I wish they had done a better job with this aspect.

I recently stayed at welcome hotels by ITC in bengluru,expecting a luxurious experience befitting its 5-star status. Unfortunately, my stay fell short of expectations. Despite the premium price, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, making it uncomfortable throughout my stay. This significantly detracted from the overall experience, leaving me disappointed and unable to fully enjoy the amenities. Considering the high cost and the lackluster experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend this hotel to others seeking a truly exceptional stay.

Good hotel, probably nicer than we needed for the time we spent there. Only had breakfast one day due to leaving early the other days, but the selection was pretty good. Room was nice with a decent shower, however the power sockets oddly didn't all fit the Indian plugs we had. Light switches were also a bit overcomplicated.

First night was difficult because I got a room that smelt of cigarette smoke. It was late realised at midnight when we came back to the room, when I mentioned next day they kindly changed rooms and it was fine. Facilities and food was good. Room was average. Gym was great. Pool was cold and tiny.

We booked an executive room. It did not have any additional features above the deluxe room. If it did, we were not told about it upon check in. When we arrived in our room after a long day of travelling we were disappointed to find that it was a smoking room and smelt heavily of stale cigarettes. We were not asked on check in if we required a smoking room and did not think we would be given one as most hotels no longer allow smoking. The receptionist checking us in couldn’t have been less interested in the check in process and we had the misfortune to have him check us out too. I’m long past arguing and complaining about a hotel room on a short stay. It’s not worth ruining your holiday. I just wouldn’t chose to stay there again.

Eventhough room was booked for 4 people we had to order extra bed and pay addiitonal charges. The additional bead has rough edges/metal edges pointing out hurting us whenever we walked around making our stay very unpleaseant. Room was not very clean with dust around corners and under the beds. The provided hair dryer did not work. The bathroom fan was not working. Overall our stay was just average and everything including breakfast provided felt mediocre at best. While there were many people to help you it felt like too many cooks in the kitchen made it worse and they forgot our order. Hotel needs to be reclassified as a 3/4 star hotel and work on removing inefficiencies in the system along with improving cleanliness, customer service etc. The quality of the food also needs to be improved.

Staff seems good especially dining room area but rooms need a bit thorough cleaning tins of dust in the little fliers, under the phones and the fridge area dont think they clean this enough during they servicing of rooms i pointed it out to front desk manager and the room cleaners with pictures and got someone to come and clean it properly.
Rooms are large and fairly comfortable meals at bufffet are very indian or should i say south indian basically similar stuff all of the 9 days i stayed here. Its a bit away from restaurants, unless u take a cab to go for meals at restaurants
