We could not have found a better place to stay. Close to Fort Sill and the Wildlife Preseve. The resteraunts and staff were top notch. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly.
Room was super spacious and comfortable.
Casino side was in good working order and clean.

Was very pleased with my stay and all the employees who helped my daughter and myself. They were all wonderful.

Good place for an overnight stay. Very friendly staff and clean room. On site dining was either a way overpriced restaurant or a dingy short cook facility with limited seating. Ended up eating dinner in town.

I hv stayed here multiple times in the past. Always had a good to great experience. This time is was the worst. Their customer service front desk was horrible Not friendly rude at times when we needed something This is a casino hotel. But there was a huge amount of kids there with parents. It looked like a kid retreat instead an adult weekend get away
Their steaks were a joke. Go to Texas Roadhouse next time. Not worth the $$$$. I won’t be coming back after 5 years staying there

Overall enjoyed our 2-night stay. Very welcoming upon arrival, despite the fact that it was past midnight. Room was clean, beds very comfortable.
Pool area could use some more attention from hotel staff. I was disappointed when I went to the pool on a Wednesday evening and two different groups were playing loud music from their personal bluetooth speakers. One group ignored all signs and brought a cooler into the pool . They proceeded to drink beer from glass bottles, even in the water. To top it all off there were no dry towels available at the pool.

The air conditioning unit was not working, asked 3 times to get it fixed!! They said they would send someone up to fix it, but they never came I will not ever stay there again and hope if anyone does they have better luck

They mistakenly canceled our reservation and then failed to provide adjoining rooms, and offered no compensation. Rooms were dirty. Hair all over both bathrooms. A child’s sippy cup left in a room. Like they didn’t even clean. Overall worst hotel-casino experience in many years.
