Not my first time staying Mimaru brand of hotel. Their rooms are clean and spacious enough for my family of 4.

The staff is so pleasant and friendly. They were extremely helpful and delightful to deal with every single day. This is the perfect location for families. The rooms are clean and wonderfully designed to accommodate our family of five. We are close to the Tokyo Metro so getting around is easy and we were no more than 30 mins from most places we visited unless we were leaving the city. Great places to eat around the facility as well. I look forward to staying not only here again but some others across the country.

It is very convenient to have laundry machines, as we traveled in the summer. We arrived 3 hrs before check-in; and possibly because we arrived on a typhoon day, we were able to get our room early for no extra cost. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well.

I liked how convenient this property is to the subway stations. However, it would have been better if they could provide some bed tidying on days when sheets need not be changed as a value-added service. overall, it was pretty good for my family of 4!

Overall it was a nice stay. Short walk to subway station. Stayed three different Mimaru properties during this trip and this one is my least favorite. Seems overpriced compared to other Mimaru chains. Probably it’s in Tokyo.

Short walk to Tokyo station. 7/11 near by which was cheap and well stocked. Room was small but comfortable for family of 4. Staff very friendly.
