I liked the attitude of the staff. That was positive. However, the TV quality was terrible and the fact that there was no view from the window - just a wall was disappointing. Therefore, it was not good value for money so left after two nights to move to a four-star hotel which cost only $10 per night more than Silver Mounts.

Room was clean. Breakfast was a basic mix of western/Khmer options. Staff was helpful in arranging tuk tuk to see Silk Island after my boat tour canceled. Location was easy walk or short cheap tuktuk ride to the major sites of Phnom Penh.

This is a nice little hotel in a convenient location near the museum and palace. Not fancy but clean and friendly. Be sure to go to David's Noodles around the corner.

This is a centrally located hotel close to restaurants, sites, shopping. And the staff is always so gracious, helpful and welcoming. A fine hotel I would enjoy anytime travels bring me to Phnom Penh.

For the cost ($22) I would stay here again. But it is old, needs updating, and the A/C kept shutting off in the middle of the night!

Takes a while to get Wi-Fi, they still use ancient equipment, maybe they will finally upgrade this before my next visit, I’ve stayed here a dozen times for the location

So close to the river, and so many businesses nearby, at a good rate. Breakfast nice, but only so so, so if you have choice of cheaper room without breakfast I would go with that. You can always get breakfast for $4 at hotel, or go someplace else for that.

Location is seedy even though it's close to the Musuem. The streets nearby are quite dirty and smelly and I would definitely choose a different area next time for this reason alone. The hotel itself is very nice for the cost.

This is a basic hotel don’t expect anything not even the so called free wifi. The housekeeping maids are rude and sometimes they don’t give you the amenities and when you asked for it like the hand towel they are grumpy. While some staff speaks English many dontyand don’t even understand what we are saying. When we first arrive there were banging and drilling noises upstairs and throughout our stay especially our last night the floor above us seems to be dragging furniture throughout the night (unless it’s ghost!). We were booked in for 10 days and our room wasn’t cleaned as we can see the build up of soap scum in the shower floor and little insects on the room tile floor. I should have taken a picture of the sheet on the bed which has stains and a hole. The only good experience I had was one of the guys at reception was very helpful in going out to get me a certain Khmer style noodles that they don’t serve in their restaurant which I appreciate.

'Had an excellent stay here, in spite of not liking the city very much. This hotel had almost everything I needed (lacked only a fitness room), all in good condition, and no unnecessary accoutrements that I didn't use. Fair price, so definitely a good value. The staff was helpful without being intrusive. I'd definitely stay there again if I have business in that area.
