Our stay was not good at all. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes to do the check in and then the staff had issues with the payment terminal. Furthermore, the whole building smells like weed. Restrooms were decently cleaned and the room was very small.

We like it. I will say this just to make it better for the business… I might consider stay there again…I was in the 3rd floor and the shower curtain was too short or to high, so the water sprinkled all over outside. They should have a small bath rug/towel

The place was nice however the bed was too deep for me. Every time I open the closet the door hits the bed. So I have to hop on the bed to put stuff on the other side of the closet. Other than that it was good would definitely recommend if you're looking for something closer to the MSG or Times Square.

The beds must be thrown away, they are extremely horrible. It’s an insult to charge for a bed in that condition

Stairs are to be expected in NYC! If you can handle that, this is an AMAZING and safe option for solo travelers. Will be booking again for sure! Voicemail with entry codes made check-in super convenient!

When my friend and I enter the room, it was missing blanket so we requested to get one. The staff on the phone was not friendly but the property itself is affordable and clean.

The place is excellent, very cozy and pleasant, it is close to transportation and food areas.
The only bad thing is some tenants who live there, they make a lot of noise either at night and very early.
The bathroom and kitchen on the 4th floor were left very dirty.

this property is very unorganized, unprofessional and sketchy they are refusing a refund on a booking in which experian tried to contact them and I not only went in person to try to cancel way before the check in time but no one even answered the door or phone and does not look like a hotel on the outside as well do no book this property.
