Unbelievable- great service, very good restaurant and bar plus multiple areas to hang out that are nicely decorated - with food drink available in many of those. I personally loved location as it’s on the edge of Chinatown with an old time ny feel. love the tattoo removal place 1/2 block from tattoo parlor.

The room was very small. We could hardly turn around without bumping into the bed. Other than that, everything is great. Love all your furniture choices and the radio! Next time we'll try to book a bigger room. Thanks

The Swan room has to be one of the prettiest bars in new york, and the staff just makes you feel so welcome. Bruce the new manager was so welcoming and the feel is so personal, we cannot recommend this hotel enough.
