The room was ok, what you would expect from a 2-star hotel. The address of the Hotel was very difficult to find and when you find it, you have to go to another hotel 2 doors away. The building was being renovated and there was dust and debris everywhere. The hotel is only five minutes away from Charlottenburg, an important station in the Berlin train and underground networks.

Such a great little boutique hotel, in the perfect spot with public transport and shopping available at your door stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend staying here for a short or long trip to Berlin.

Basic but decent. Everything in working order. Great neighbourhood. Was happy to stay in this place! One thing thought: the matrass and especially the pillows are much much too soft...! Not very comfy.

We were there for big city trip. Arriving at the hotel, the hotel was covered in scaffolding, which they were unable to reflect in our price per night. There were no proper curtains (they were see through and not wide enough for the windows), so the workers at the scaffolding could see into the room. Not great for comfort in the mornings and for getting in som fresh air. The room was fine in itself - maybe some extra cleaning of the floors and under the beds would be nice. On the plus side there was daily room service and the breakfast was fine. Note - there is no elevator at the hotel.

Hotel difficult to find, no sign on street. Small room, smells like cigarettes. Stained carpet. Very basic breakfast in the hotel next door. Friendly staff.

The front desk was very nice but the room was very uncomfortable.

We informed the reception about a broken table lamp which was supposed to be changed immediately. Never happened. We also asked the staff to fix the TV since it wasn't working. They explained that the guests don't know how to use the TV and it will be fixed immediately. Never happened. We had our room next to the emergency exit which was practically blocked with leftover mattresses, pillows and covers. We asked them to be moved - never happened. The hotel is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but guests were smoking in the rooms everywhere, also in the emergency exit. The staff leaves in the afternoon and there is no-one to turn to in the evening/at night.

Compliant choice if You looking budget option. OK bf and spacious rooms. Reception closes at 18.00, but keys can collect from next door hotel, no problem at all.

No sun-blocking shades, no AC. Very hot in the room. Good neighborhood, lots of places to eat or shop. Close to public transportation (S & U bahns & buses). Used them to go into center of Berlin.

Great location. Tasty breakfast. Fantaatic shower and very comfortable beds.
