Wonderful location, service and food. Only issues were the noise into the very early morning from the bar next door and walking up 4 flights of stairs to the very nicest room. Would absolutely stay there again.

We had a 3 night stay at this boutique hotel , we couldn’t fault it , from the moment we arrived we were welcomed by Micheal in reception who was a wealth of information , very friendly and helpful. You can contact reception to arrange a taxi for you to the hotel and return to the airport on departure, this was very helpful. We arrived before check in , we were lucky that our room was ready 40 minutes later . The room was perfect, photos do not do it justice , we had a lovely view too . Breakfast was good, plenty of choice without being overwhelming . This side of the river is a great base , quaint tree lined cobblestoned streets , a relaxed atmosphere in the daytime and quiet in the evening, not far from the old town for a day of sightseeing. I would highly recommended the hotel .

Dirty, stuffy and part of a restaurant so noisy and smelly. No sign outside so it took an hour just to find where the entrance was. It was so bad we did not stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Golden. Lovely room and excellent breakfast. We had a view of Charles Bridge from our room. Kampa Island is beautiful and quieter than the Old Town but only a short walk away across the bridge. Only down side is that the bar closes most nights at around 9am. A bit surprising for a 4 star hotel.

It was wonderful, steps away from the St Charles Bridge and shopping. Quaint, beautiful large rooms. Very helpful staff. Great restaurant on first floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The surroundings are very nice and the hotel is well located. We found it calm even though it was very close to the busy area. The breakfast was nice and diverse and several options were proposed. The personnel was also very helpful and welcoming We recommend this hotel !

Excellent location. Nice room but the bathroom was a bit small. The central AC was not working but a mobile unit was available which did cool the room to a survivable level. Good breakfast.
