Staff was polite and friendly. Room was very clean. The breakfast was very good with several different choices.
Trying to call the hotel directly was impossible, with no one answering the phone, even after trying multiple times.

Broken heater, Very poor soundproofing. Bath towels were either stained or just not clean. Not at all worth the rates they charge.

This wasnt a bad experience per se, but for what we paid for one night, I feel we could have had better. The room was comfortable and looked clean, it just looked old and the room had a dirty smell to it. Almost like body odor from the last resident. The staff was kind and helpful though and the breakfast was good as well.

We booked a king suite with a view for our anniversary and they said they overbooked. Was not happy and we didn’t receive a refund or credit either.
Had 2 queen beds and no view at all, it was a driveway that was very busy all night. 👎

The young man who checked us in was great. The night auditor was great too, she was very nice, its too bad I didnt get their names.

I used to stay at Marriott, Hilton or Hyatt, but the front staff are too impersonal.
Therefore, from now on, I will stay at Hampton Inn by Hilton Hotels.

Convenient location for dropping of my son off at U of Utah. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was nice. The entire property was clean and well taken care of.

The hotel is in a convenient spot. The room was clean and comfortable. The guest laundry only takes quarters and there isn't a change machine (front desk only had a little to exchange). The view from the roof is pretty cool.

Very nice place. Beautiful suite with a view of the Salt Lake valley. Clean and comfortable room.
