Valet staff was great! The person who checked me on was delightful, sorry I don’t remember her name. The staff at the pool so helped us with the cabana was great. Unfortunately the food was lacking.

What a great resort! I travel for work and stay in different hotels at least once a month, and this exceeded my expectations. It was clean, well-maintained, and beautiful, with many nearby amenities like restaurants and local Orlando activities. I would highly recommend this resort.

Upon check in, the computers were down. Took a long time. The lobby area was very nice and decorated for the holiday. Comfy sitting areas. The room was ok. The showers was very difficult to figure out, bed was hard, no cotton balls, robes, cue tips, face wipes like in other hotels. The drinks at the bar seemed to lack alcohol I. Spite of the high price. The food was lacking flavor at the coffee shop and euphoria. We had a scallop dinner at euphoria. It was $42 and had 3 tiny scallops on a bed of corn. More like an appetizer. The grouper wasn’t cooked all the way and they had run out of risotto. The breakfast sandwich in the coffee shop wasn’t good. A hard croissant, almost burnt bacon and a microwave egg…and very dry. There was no shuttle service unless you booked it in advance. Then they add on 20% gratuity onto everything even though service was lacking.

The hotel was nice. Definitely family friendly more than for couples.

Great ‘tropical’ vacation in the middle of Florida. Despite not being anywhere near a beach it definitely had a beach resort feel. While the hotel itself only had one actual restaurant onsite, there is a nice dining/shopping area steps away from the front door of hotel. The pools were great, wait staff at pool went above and beyond the 2 days we were at the pool. All in all a great escape!

My reservation through Hotels.com did not make it into Margaritaville's system. Therefore what I had to pay at the hotel was higher than what Hotels.com told me. The resort is overpriced for what you get there. The food was mediocre at all 3 restuarants. The lobby is stunning. The rooms are nice but the bathroom needs an exhaust fan and a real shower door. The room air freshener is overpowering. Besides the pools there is little to do on property.

I do really enjoyed this stay so much. I wish I had one more day to enjoy this place. We didn't had chance to enjoy the pools that we would hope so because of the weather. But we do truly want to come back again.

Our stay although short was amazing! The resort was beautiful and the service was great. We had a wonderful dinner in one of the restaurants Euphoria our server Merlet was friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to return for a longer stay.

Strong in all aspects. Could have some Cons...but 90% it's excellent an incredible Pool Bar Service. Small Rooms. But peace area.

It was wonderful, and the nightly views of the Fireworks at the Disney parks from our balcony was just the icing on the cake.

It was a nice facility. But during my stay the hallway air conditioner was not working. It was very hot getting and leaving the room. I felt that was unacceptable. When I complained at the front desk, she shrugged it off and made it sound like that was a common problem.

This property like all Margaritaville properties are very nice and very well maintained.
