Emergency stay convenient to hospital. All was good.

Very nice spacious room. It was very clean and had a very nice large bathroom with walk-in shower. The breakfast was exceptional, lots of varieties to choose from. Will stay here again if ever in Amarillo.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Fitness room very nice. Guest laundry room clean and functional. The breakfast was very nice. Lots of options. Many hot drink choices-lattes, cappuccino, hot chocolate and more. Highly recommend this location.

The hotel was very quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. There are a few little inconvenient details. The bed was facing in an awkward position to watch TV and the TV stand was a little wobbly and would not keep the TV straight up, but leaned forward. The showers were weak the water pressure was not adequate to take an enjoyable shower. The breakfast was OK, but the juice was more water than actual juice.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, good breakfast and the gym is really nice. Good location and easy to get around. I will recommend this hotel.

Amazing place. This is the second time we stayed here and it is the best stop during a long trip. The room is huge and comfortable

Overall, the place is just fine.
It would have been nice to have signage saying that the ice machine is located on the 2nd floor (there is only one) to save me from looking around & finally asking.
I also would have liked to have found an EV charger besides the Tesla variety so that I could charge my hybrid.
Lastly - As is true throughout the hotel industry, I wish that the waste - especially plastics (forks, food wrappers, etc.) could be put in for recycling instead of just thrown away.

Came to Amarillo because my dad was in BSA and its very nice and very close to the medical center.

I had the best sleep I have ever had in a hotel, the hotel is clean, modern and service was great. It is isolated but close to major venues and has a very safe feeling about it.

Everything was great except the bathroom in our room. It’s a sliding bathroom door so you can hear, see, and smell everything going on in the bathroom. Lots of light peeks through when using the bathroom in the middle of the night. We have kids and it didn’t work for us. Great hotel but we won’t be staying here again, we need a bathroom door that closes.
