The hotel was clean, rooms comfortable, breakfast was great and staff friendly. The large group attending a sporting fixture led to a lot of noise outside of our room and took over the lounge/dining area.

Mold on bathroom ceiling, no fan in bathroom, smelled sour and moldy when walked In room, the bathroom sink faucet handle was broken and came off. Musty and stuffy.

This hotel was chosen because of a family wedding in the immediate vicinity. I can’t say I would recommend this place but in all fairness not sure there are too many options in this town. The staff seemed fine enough but the hotel itself is quite poor. Our room smelled very musty and could visibly see where they tried to cover up an obvious leak. The room looked tired, carpet was worn, the mattress on the bed was complete mush with no support left to it, pillows were completely flat and my husband found blood stains on one of his pillows cases! The bathroom was ok, the shower had signs of mold…again poorly attempted to cover up but I could easily see it. There is a free breakfast in the morning but I only had some coffee. Food looked marginal.

Overall great place to stay if you live near by and like to be local, most places when it comes to food and shopping is within both walking and driving distance and very convenient

It was easy to find. We arrived at 8:45 pm & all the restaurants closed at 9:00. That was our only problem. Finally found an Irish Pub open in Holyoke.

Super clean and comfortable! Breakfast selection was great and the hot water for tea super hot which is often overlooked. Buffet kept fully stocked. Very nice stay and location.
