Out of our whole Vietnam trip, this hotel was definitely our favourite. The beds were extremely comfortable and made us feel like we were in our own bedrooms. The food was splendid, with endless choices for breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making conversations with us and making us feel very welcomed. Not a single staff made us feel un-welcomed, they were all equally really kind. Neatness is one of our top priority, and this hotel definitely ticked all the boxes. Honestly wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Out of our whole Vietnam trip, this hotel was definitely our favourite. The beds were extremely comfortable and made us feel like we were in our own bedrooms. The food was splendid, with endless choices for breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making conversations with us and making us feel very welcomed. Not a single staff made us feel un-welcomed, they were all equally really kind. Neatness is one of our top priority, and this hotel definitely ticked all the boxes. Wonderful stay here with my partner. The hotel is clean, well kept, great staff. The shuttle to and from hoi an city is just great. The rental bikes are a bonus, my partner & I loved biking around the city. The breakfast buffet was insane and just so many option to choose from. Thank you rosemary for taking such great care of us.

Hotel is amazing, beautiful decor, clean, great service.. breakfast is decent considering its Hoi An.. my daughter slipped and hurt herself in the pool because of slippery tiles they use have razor sharp edges, becareful. Ordered a cocktail and within 2 sips a fly fell in, they didn't seem to care at all - must be the norm here.. be vigilant with your food peeps.
Was hard to catch a taxi back to hotel from old town cause the trip was too short (2kms), only about 40k VND.. overall a good stay.. I won't be back to Hoi An though- overpriced, overcrowded, tourist trap with scammers about.

I loved this hotel, The hotel is elegant and classy and not trying to be flashy. The staff are lovely and the food is great. The hotel is extremely clean and the attention to detail impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious，clean，decoration is good. Staff is polite and helpful. Also ， hotel provides shuttle buses to old town and An bang beach. Except the location is not near old town， everything is good. My family and I enjoy our stay in this hotel.

Hotel looks nice and it's clean. The staff is really nice and wonderful but it's near a construction site and its noise from 8 in the morning.
The hotel is also renovating the roof top.
the biggest complaint comes from pool.
there is a lot of children and people using it but it's to close to the rooms so it's not possible to sleep from 6 in 5he morning.

We stayed at this hotel 2 nights and love it very much. The room is clean and cozy. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. They have free shuttle bus to old town and if you ride a bicycle just about 15 mins. If we will go to Hoi An again, we would like to stay here.

Hotel staff are really helpful with everyday needs also booking taxi's from airport room to a high standard towels for poil and going to beach are great. Best stay in Vietnam

Rosemary hotel experience was great. Staffs were very nice and friendly. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good enough amazing shuttle bus service to go to old town and AnBang beach. Because this reasoning I would highly recommend and I would stay here again!

Cons: A long (20 min) walk into the old town. Disappointing gym, with very limited equipment.

I was really happy with the pool, my room, and the great assistance from the staff. Although the hotel is a bit out of the centre, they provide a shuttle and make sure you are well cared for!
