LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This charming 1920's Hermosa Beach bungalow is located on the beach between the Hermosa and Manhattan Beach piers. Gorgeous ocean views and white sand beach all hours of the day, you will get to experience living steps from the sand in one of the most charming beach towns in California. Located across the street is highly renown restaurant SLAY, a cute coffee shop, and a local restaurant/bar. This beach house is one of a kind and full of Hermosa charm.
The space
A brand new listing, the Hermosa Beach Surf Bungalow is situated steps from the sand in the most perfect location. A vintage bungalow with an updated interior, you can experience living on the beach while being 6 miles from LAX airport and 19 miles to Beverly Hills. There are two beds and one bath in the main house and a detached casita with a desk and futon. The kitchen has been recently renovated and has a new stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and farmhouse sink. Two bedrooms have Queen beds, closets, and dressers for plenty of storage. There is a separate guest casita equipped with a desk and a futon that can be used as a workspace or additional sleeping area. A dutch door off the living room takes you to the front porch and/or Strand for walking or biking. The back dutch door leads to your private outdoor turfed area equipped with comfy teak chairs and a Weber grill. Outdoor space on the beach is a rare find and you can keep the back door open for an ocean breeze indoor/outdoor feel. The large laundry room is located off the turfed area and can be used during your stay. Situated between the Manhattan and Hermosa Beach piers - restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops are an easy walk and beach volleyball is right outside your front door. Beach chairs available for use and a foam surf board available upon request.

-2 Queen beds (main house) and 1 futon which becomes a full sized bed (casita).

-Guest casita with dedicated workspace and full sized bed. There is a shower and bathroom in the casita as well but please note it's very small and not updated.

-Please note that this home does not have AC. We have a portable AC that can be used upon request. Most homes on the beach do not have AC and rely on ocean breezes.

-Private back turfed patio with Weber grill and a front porch for beach and Strand viewing.

-There's an abundance of metered street parking around the house and you will be provided a guest pass so you can park at any of the yellow Hermosa Beach parking meters for free 24/7. You will also be able to park one car in front of the garage.
